We do not offer refunds. Once an order has been placed and fulfilled, all sales are considered final.

Exchanges

We are happy to offer an exchange if:

• You received the wrong product or incorrect item.

• Your product arrived damaged or defective.

Please contact Rowdy Ranch as soon as possible after receiving your order and provide your order information and photos of the item so we can review the issue.

Once your exchange is approved, we will provide instructions for the replacement process.

Exchanges are only available for products that were incorrect, damaged, or defective upon arrival. We do not accept exchanges for change of mind, buyer's remorse, or other personal preferences.
